    Install the Host

    Install ScreenViewer Host on the remote machine. It registers with the cloud and is ready to accept connections.

    Sign in to the Viewer

    Open the Viewer, sign in, and see your devices — or enter a one-time session code for ad-hoc support.

  3. 3

    Connect

    We connect you directly (peer-to-peer) when the network allows, and fall back to an encrypted edge relay otherwise.

  4. 4

    Control & collaborate

    View the screen, take control, transfer files, and run host commands — all over a low-latency QUIC link.
